The seventh "Nursing" Course titled "Ba Duan Jin Qigong" course was held on 19 August. The course was co-organized by "Community Health Academy" and "Hong Kong Credible Care Volunteers Association Limited" and Mr. LEUNG Kwan Lok, Occupational Therapist was invited to be the guest instructor. Ba Juan Jin Qigong is a Chinese traditional qigong and each movement has its own effects and benefits. Besides, it is easy to learn and suitable for elders to keep themselves in good physical condition. Mr. LEUNG demonstrated a total of eight movements in the class and reminded elderly students the key points of each movement so that they can have a good grasp of the right posture and skills.
